This incident demonstrates the importance of the controls that are recommended within AS4233:2013, and their relevance to preventing injuries across both Class B and Class A pumps as well. We should all apply the principles of AS4233:2013 that we use every day when operating Class B units, to Class A units to prevent incidents.
