AUSJET21 postponed till 2022

Mon, 1 Feb 2021

AUSJET21, the dedicated water jet, drain and vacuuming technology exhibition and conference, which was due to take place March 3 and 4 2021, has been postponed as a result of COVID-19.

With the timing, just five weeks away, the location at the Melbourne Showgrounds, and the current quarantine requirements for interstate and overseas travellers, the AUSJET/ADCVA Board made the difficult decision in the best interest of their members.

AUSJET/ADCVA President Peter Jones said the aim of AUSJET21 was to deliver a dedicated conference and exhibition program and one that would bring value for Australian and International visitors, members and industry.

"First and foremost, we do not want to risk our members and industry representatives health, and due to the quarantine restrictions, we would not have the best speakers to fill the program, significantly fewer delegates, and a much-reduced exhibition spaces," Mr Jones said.

"However, on the positive side of the postponement, I’m excited to announce AUSJET21 will be held on March 30 – 31, 2022.

"Despite the setback, we believe with the extra time to plan the conference, it will be a bigger and better event for everyone and bring much more value to industry, our sponsors, members and delegates," he said.
