Kleenit Balcatta is a Western Australian industrial and specialist cleaning contractor providing high-pressure water cleaning, surface preparation, industrial cleaning and associated maintenance services across commercial, industrial, construction, local government, education, utilities and mining sectors.

Our current and developing capabilities include high-pressure and hot-water cleaning, industrial pressure cleaning, surface preparation and coating removal, sports court and polyurethane surface removal, concrete and asphalt cleaning, line marking, graffiti removal, soft washing, mould remediation, roof and gutter cleaning, vacuum recovery and controlled wash-water management.

We are actively expanding our specialist industrial capabilities into high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, drain and sewer jetting, root cutting, stormwater and GPT cleaning, hydro excavation, sludge and waste recovery, industrial shutdown cleaning and specialist mine-site cleaning.

Our focus is to build a highly trained, safety-focused industrial services capability using appropriately trained personnel, compliant equipment and recognised industry procedures. We aim to provide clients with an integrated service covering cleaning, jetting, vacuum recovery, waste management and surface preparation from a single contractor.
