We’ve been working closely with industry for over 40 years. We’re well known and respected.
Since the commencement of our operations in 1979 we have expanded our capabilities and facilities through acquisition to offer greater accessibility and serviceability to industry across WA and Australia.
1979 – Our journey began with Serge and Sophie Madrigali establishing Madco Engineering, a Henderson based company providing maintenance and repair services to Industry in Western Australia.
2002 – Madco Marine was formed to deliver specialist services to marine and defence industries.
2002 – Acquisition of Blast Works (later renamed AlphaBlast), offering specialist services in UHP water jetting, abrasive blasting and surface protection.
2007 – Acquisition of Robil, a Pilbara-based mechanical engineering company, expanding capabilities to the iron ore industry and increasing capacity and accessibility to the North West of WA.
2008 – Acquisition of mechanical engineering company Wovodich in the South West, increasing our capacity to service new industry sectors such as the alumina industry.
2010 – Our divisions were consolidated into one group and Orontide Group Limited was launched as our new Brand.
2019 – This year marked the 40th Anniversary since Serge and Sophie Madrigali set up their fledgling engineering services business in WA.
